Al Jalil -The Sublime is one of the 99 names of Allah - which is also His Divine attribute. 

This painting is about the Majesty and grandeur of Allah. The Holy Quran says, "Blessed be the name of thy Lord, full of Majesty, Bounty, and Honour.”  

In Christianity too this name means the superb, a title of Jesus Christ is Galilean or a person from Galilee.
